A measured, safety-first process

01

Diagnose

Brake vibration can come from discs, hubs, pads, calipers or suspension components. We start with the symptoms and an inspection.

02

Measure

Disc thickness and condition determine whether resurfacing is safe. Discs outside specification should be replaced.

03

Correct

When suitable, on-car machining restores an even working surface aligned to the fitted hub.

Why on-car machining?

Traditional off-car machining treats the disc separately from the hub. On-car skimming machines the fitted assembly and can therefore correct run-out in the working position. It is not a substitute for replacement when a disc is too thin, cracked or otherwise unsafe.
